Zachary Bookman is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at OpenGov. He served as Partner at Formation 8. Zac began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He practiced trial litigation at San Francisco's Keker & Van Nest, where he represented Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 clients in contract, trade secret, white-collar criminal, class action, and patent matters. Currently, he is the President of Delphi Solutions, a Formation 8 portfolio company revolutionizing how governments access and share their data. He holds a J.D. from the Yale Law School, an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland. He studied corruption and transparency in Mexico on a Fulbright Fellowship and later served for six months on the Anticorruption Task Force at the International Security Assistance Forces headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. He serves on the board of CACS.org and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. He also serves as an Advisor at 8VC.
