Xavier has more than 15 years of experience in the development and investment in technology-driven companies. He worked for 5 years in the Silicon Valley, successively for Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) and JSource, which he co-founded in 1997.
In 2002, Xavier joined Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM) to take over the venture capital activity, following the acquisition of the incubator Kangaroo Village that he co-founded in 2000. Since 2008, Xavier has been Managing Partner for Serena Capital, an investment firm which finances fast-growing and innovative companies in Europe.
Xavier is an Affiliated Professor at ESCP Europe and is a board member of the non-profit organization « Un Enfant Par La Main », which sponsors underprivileged children. Xavier is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Stanford University.
