William Triant

William Triant serves as Advisor at Pearson Affordable Learning Fund. Triant joined Hart Capital as a Partner in January 2007. Previously, he was an associate at Leeds Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on the education industry. Triant has also served as a high school teacher in the Boston Public Schools, where he taught Algebra and Entrepreneurship. During this time, Triant received a Stride Rite Public Service grant to establish a college preparatory program for Boston Public School students. Triant received his A.B. from Harvard University and his M.B.A. and M.A. in education from Stanford University. He currently teaches a course at the Yale School of Management on enterprise in education.
