Vardhman Jain

Vardhman Jain serves as Vice Chairman at Access Healthcare. He also serves as Founder Director at Laurus Edutech. As the Vice Chairman of the Board of Access Healthcare Services, he is responsible for driving the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the company. He is actively involved in driving Access Healthcare's vision to deliver efficient healthcare administrative services by applying technology, operational and financial rigor. He has led the development of arc.in, an industry leading end to end business process, human performance, and robotic process automation suite. Vardhman has a wealth of experience in Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive Leadership, and in leading large scale BPO operations. Vardhman is recognized by the industry as a pioneer and thought leader. Prior to Access Healthcare, Vardhman was the Managing Director for Dell Services BPO operations worldwide. At Dell, he led global delivery of business process services to over 100 clients across Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Travel and Hospitality and Commercial Markets. Vardhman played a key role in infusing scalability to Dell's operations and established Dell as a leading provider of Healthcare and Insurance business process solutions. His zeal for automation led to the development of a completely automated business process systems suite, complete with knowledge management, workflow management, client portals, operational dashboards, and other enabling technologies that create great employee and customer experiences. Vardhman co-owns Asia Engineering, a leading commercial, and industrial civil engineering firm in India. Vardhman is also the Founder and Director in Laurus Edutech, a premier skill development organization that provides high quality vocational training and placement services to students, assessment support services to leading industry bodies and government organizations, and flexible staffing services to customers across diverse industries. Laurus Edutech is a partner of National Skill Development Corporation, one of its kind, Public Private Partnership in India that promotes skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality, for-profit vocational institutions. Vardhman is a key member with Chennai Angels which helps incubate and fund several start-ups in India. Vardhman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin. He also is a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Loyola College, India.
