Trevor Neilson is also a Co-Founded at i(x) Investments and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. Trevor was the Co-Founder and President of Global Philanthropy Group. He has been involved in the creation and implementation of many of the world's most respected philanthropic initiatives. Global Philanthropy Group has designed cutting-edge philanthropic strategies for clients in every region of the world and has worked on most of the world's most pressing proble Trevor is also the co-founder and CEO of i(x) investments a permanently capitalized, multi-strategy impact investing platform focused on large scale investments in renewable energy, commercial real estate, food, agriculture, and other "pillars of human need". Previously, Trevor was President of G2 Investment Group, where he led the firm and focused on the creation of companies and on private equity investments in energy, real estate, security and other "pillars of need." In addition, Trevor co-founded Threat Pattern with a group of former officers from the Central Intelligence Agency. Threat Pattern uses innovative intelligence and counter-intelligence strategies to protect corporate assets and brands. Trevor is an active private investor, and serves as a board member or advisor to a number of companies including Rising Holdings, Enviroboard, RYOT and the Family Office Exchange Private Investor Council. Earlier in his career, Trevor served as Executive Director of the Global Business Coalition (GBC) which is focused on global health issues and was created with investments from Bill Gates, George Soros and Ted Turner. At GBC, Trevor reported to Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, former United States Ambassador to the United Nations and President Obama's former Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan. Prior to that Trevor worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates, both in their family office and as Director of Special Projects and Director of Public Affairs for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Trevor served in the White House during the Clinton administration. Trevor is also active in a variety of personal philanthropic initiatives. He helped found Bono's Debt, AIDS, Trade, Africa (DATA) organization, now called "the ONE campaign," and continues to serve on its policy board. He also serves on the board of the Climate Mobilization and is a member of the Family Office Exchange Private Investor Council. Trevor attended Washington State University, and served as a Visiting Practitioner at the Georgetown University Center for Public and Non-profit Leadership. He is also an angel investor.
