The Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (MassPRIM), currently manages the $41.3 billion Pension Reserves Investment Trust (PRIT) on behalf of the public employees of the state.�The trust maintains strategic allocations to the entire spectrum of alternative asset classes, including private equity (10%), real estate (10%), hedge funds (8%) and timber/natural resources (4%). It presently utilizes the consulting services of Ennis Knupp & Associates (general consultant and hedge funds), Callan Associates (real estate and timber) and Hamilton Lane (private equity - non-discretionary).
