Cotton Creek Capital is a Dallas-based private equity firm that partners with proven management teams to invest in and grow lower middle market companies. The firm pursues an opportunistic investment strategy, but also emphasizes the proactive development of investment opportunities through the industry and management relationships of the firm's principals and affiliates. The firm invests $2-10 million of equity in transactions including buyouts, recapitalizations, buy-and-builds and corporate divestitures. In concert with its affiliates, Cotton Creek Capital can commit more than $30 million to support the growth of any one of its portfolio investments. The firm seeks to identify and invest in opportunities that exhibit many of the following characteristics: EBITDA between $3 million and $15; and a preference for companies in stable growth industry verticals within sectors such as manufacturing, value-added distribution, industrial services, business services, healthcare services and consumer staples.
