Madison targets middle market focused, private equity sponsors with cash flow based corporate finance products. The firm focuses on firms with stable historical earnings with at least $3.5 million of EBITDA. On select occasions, the firm will consider participating in asset based transactions. Madison finances deals across a broad scope of industries, including: Manufacturing, Distribution, Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Insurance/Financial Services, and Aerospace & Defense. Madison has closed over 897 transactions totaling more than $12.6 billion in net funded commitments with over 179 different sponsors. Madison Capital has also served as the Lead Arranger and/or Administrative Agent on over 415 deals.
