Richard Butterfield

Richard Butterfield is a Co-Founder & serves as Executive Chairman of Principle Group. Richard founded Principle in 1987, following a background in sales and project management in the signage industry, which prompted his desire to establish a business focused on customer service and employee engagement. As a passionate leader and a hands-on owner-manager for many years, now Richard's time is spent supporting the Board to help deliver its ambitious strategic goals, with a focus on further geographical expansion and business innovation. Richard is a passionate ambassador for the customer service focused DNA, and ensures that, as the business grows, our culture remains entrepreneurial, innovative and dynamic.
