Richard Alberg

Richard Alberg is a Co-Founder of MWS Technology and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He also is an Angel Investor. He serves as a Board Member & Chairman at LaunchPad (HR software). Currently he also serves as a Chief Executive at MWS Technology Ltd. Prior to starting the company, he founded and led Psychometric Services Ltd (PSL). PSL developed and published psychometric tests and was a pioneer in the field of online recruitment, integrating assessment with recruitment workflow software. PSL was purchased in November 2006 by Kenexa, a NASDAQ HR solutions provider, later acquired by IBM. Whilst completing his earn-out, Richard became a Senior Vice President at Kenexa and was responsible for their European and then their Asia-Pacific businesses. Richard is a director of Corndel Ltd and chair of Launchpad Recruits. He was chair of North Hertfordshire College until the expiry of his term in June 2017.
