Peter Carrescia

Peter Carrescia serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development at Wave (Accounting). He also is an Angel Investor. He also served as a President at The Next Canada. He serves as Managing Director at The Next 36. Peter Carrescia serves as Advisor at Matter and Form. He is a technologist and investor, working with companies in areas as diverse as product and sales strategy, business development and financing. He currently advises numerous companies on corporate strategy. Carrescia served as a Managing Director at OMERS Ventures. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at VG Partners, where he rose to the level of General Partner. Earlier in his career, he worked at both Microsoft Corporation and IBM, where he gained extensive operational experience in areas such as product management, business development, technical marketing and software development. Peter holds B.Math in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business.
