Cambria focuses on businesses with revenues of under $50 million, EBIT of $1 million or more, and valuations of under $25 million. In a typical transaction, Cambria invests up to $5 million to acquire a control position, investing alongside management. Cambria generally does not pursue startups or early stage companies, and requires a multi-year history of profitability.
