Mounir Gad

Mounir Gad works as a Vice President in the Leverage Buyout group for SVB. Mounir is an active member of the Venture Capital & Private Equity Roundtable Association in Palo Alto, CA. Mounir is also a member of TechWadi, an organization that connects entrepreneurs and Private Equity professionals from the Middle East and bridges the gap to Silicon Valley. As an active member in the community, Mounir serves as Director of the Kerosene Lamp Foundation; an organization funded by the National Basketball Association who partners with NBA athletes in holding basketball and educational camps in the Caribbean for underprivileged children. As a former player and current coach of Archbishop Mitty High School, Mounir is passionate about the accessibility of team sports and the positive impact on children and adolescents in preventing violence and enhancing self-esteem. Prior to SVB, Mounir spent time at FDIC, UBS AG, and Apple Inc. Mounir studied Honors Finance and Economics at Saint Mary’s College and resides in Los Gatos, CA.
