Matthew Tolliver

Matthew Tolliver serves as the Vice President, Business Development at EcoFactor. Matthew leads EcoFactor in creating new partnership and sales opportunities, leveraging EcoFactor's market-leading HEM intelligence platform. Additionally, Matthew guides the company's market strategy. Previously, Matthew led Business Development at ThinkEco, a start-up focused on providing utilities with connected-device energy management solutions. Prior to joining ThinkEco, he served as a Recovery Act Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy, helping oversee more than $35 billion in ARRA investment that went to projects in energy efficiency and renewable energy. From 2004-2009, Matthew served as a United States diplomat, representing the U.S. government in Mexico, Saudi Arabia and at the WTO in Geneva. Matthew has a BA from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
