South Franklin Street Partners operates two pools of capital dedicated to the middle market: the ESOP Mezzanine Fund, and the Middle Market Mezzanine Fund. The ESOP fund targets businesses generating annual revenues from $10 million to $150 million, investing from $2 million to $10 million. The Middle Market Mezzanine Fund also targets businesses generating revenues from $10 million to $150 million across all industries. However, this fund seeks to assist companies and/or their shareholders in the following situations: Buyout of minority or majority shareholders; Growth or acquisition financing; Going private transactions, ESOP's; and Leveraged recapitalizations. The Middle Market fund typically invests from $2 million to $10 million.
