Louis Lehot

Louis Lehot serves as Corporate Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions Law Partner & Co-Chair US Emerging Growth and Venture Capital at DLA Piper. Previously, he served as a Corporate Law Partner at Cooley LLP. He served in Cooley's Business department where he focused on advising public and private companies and their financial sponsors and investment banks in public offerings and private placements of equity, equity-linked and debt securities, M&A transactions, as well as corporate governance, disclosure, financial reporting, proxy, stock exchange and securities law compliance matters. Lehot speaks fluent French and holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2000, Cum Laude and a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University in 1994, Cum Laude.
