Environmental Capital Partners (ECP) is a private equity firm which, through its relationship with New York Private Bank & Trust, provides long-term capital and management support to leading middle-market companies in the environmental industry. ECP considers all companies that provide any of a diverse range of goods and services to prevent, limit, or correct environmental damage to water, air, soil, or human health. ECP invests in established businesses with strong growth potential that can benefit from the firm's financial, operational and strategic resources. ECP makes majority or significant minority investments and then works closely with company managements to build value together. The firm's target equity investment is $5 million to $25 million, but it has the ability to complete larger transactions. ECP targets companies in the U.S. and Canada with revenues of $10 million to $150 million, and EBITDA of $1 million to $10 million.
