Jeffrey Raider

Jeffrey Raider is a Co-Founder of Harry's, where he serves as Board Member and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Warby Parker. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners. Jeff joined Charlesbank in 2006 from Bain & Company, where he was an associate consultant in the private equity and general practice areas. At Bain, he worked on projects in the financial services, industrial, travel, healthcare and non-profit sectors. After completing Charlesbank's associate program in 2008, he entered business school. He rejoined the firm in 2010. Jeff received a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, and an MA with honors, both in international studies from The Johns Hopkins University. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
