Jan Hall

Jan Hall is a Cu-Founding Partner of JCA Group. She is regarded as one of the UK's leading headhunters operating at the top level in both Board and Executive search. Previously Jan spent eight years as a Senior Partner at global search firm Spencer Stuart. Prior to this, Jan was the European Chief Executive of The GGT Group plc where as a main Board Director she was responsible for the company's 16 businesses across Europe. Jan was also the Senior Independent Director of First Choice Holidays (now Tui) for nine years and spent 15 years as a Council Member of the Institute of Directors. She also led the Directors' Forum programme at London Business School for eight years. Jan is on the Corporate Development Board of the Tate, and is a member of the Oxford Sad Business School Advisory Board. In 1996, Jan was made an OBE for services to the Department of Trade & Industry, now BIS. She is also a Tavistock qualified Executive Coach. Jan graduated from Oxford with an MA in Biochemistry.
