James Vincke serves as Chief Financial Officer at ArborWind. Vincke served as Chief Financial Officer at Phasiq. He is also an Angel Investor. He has over 27 years of executive financial leadership and over 35 years in entrepreneurial companies. He started his career at Mechanical Dynamics (MDI) as one of its first employees, and as its CFO, was a member of its executive management team that completed a successful initial public offering. Jim has served as a CFO with a number of other companies, including Red Cedar Technology, Inc. that was acquired by CD-adapco, and Mobius Microsystems, which was acquired by Integrated Device Technology, Inc. He has worked on nearly ten acquisitions, including a few involving the incorporation and reporting of international operations.
