Ines Andrade serves as Managing Partner & Vice Chairwuman at Altamar Capital Partners. Additionally, she has an independent advisory role with a small number of Family Offices since 2004. Before joining Altamar, she worked during three years as CEO of Grupo Ro Real, a mid-size family office in Madrid with majority participations in companies operating in the hotel and agribusiness sectors and minority investments in both private and public equities, (ii) sixteen years as analyst and investment manager in direct private equity companies (mostly at Inversiones Ibersuizas and Inova Capital in Spain), which included membership in the board of directors and management committee of several of the investee companies and four years as an analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions department at JP Morgan in New York and Madrid. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance and International Management), Summa Cum Laude, from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
