Founded in 2005, Creo Capital Partners is a provider of capital to middle-market companies operating primarily in the food, food logistics, and financial services sectors. As part of a pool of international investment funds, Creo makes control-oriented investments in established companies generating revenues of $25 million to $200 million, with enterprise values of $20 million to $150 million. While Creo Capital Partners does not provide seed-stage capital, the firm considers any investment where a track record of profitability and growth has been established but not fully developed. The firm is currently investing through its second fund, CREO Capital Partners II, LP. CREO has raised more than $250M. Since 2005, the firm has acquired controlling and minority interests in 16 companies, with over a dozen in the broader food, beverage, and consumer sectors. CREO has combined many of its investments in the food space into a $300 million, diversified food platform business, Flagship Food Group.
