Graham Schena serves as Partner at MPE Partners. He currently serves as a director of Polytek Development Corp. Graham Schena served as Vice President at Windjammer Capital Investors. He had joined Windjammer in 2013 and has significant experience in private equity investing with over 10 years of experience in working solely with niche-oriented, middle-market companies. Previously, he was a Principal at Sentinel Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market companies in the business services, niche-manufacturing and value-added distribution sectors. While at Sentinel, Graham played a role in a number of successful investments and had responsibility for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments as well as monitoring portfolio company performances. Prior to Sentinel, Graham was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market companies requiring a hands-on operating approach. At Windjammer, Graham is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, performing due diligence, participating in the structuring, negotiating and closing of transactions, and monitoring portfolio company performance. He was formerly on the boards of the Colson Group, Credit Infonet, Critical Solutions and North American Rescue. He currently serves on the board of Engineered Controls International. During business school, Graham was an Associate at AlpInvest, a global private equity firm investing on behalf of two large Dutch pension funds. Graham began his career at Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co., a middle market investment bank. Graham received his BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
