Grace Tang

Ms Tang is a Director of Phillip Private Equity. She joined Phillip Private Equity as a Senior Investment Analyst in 1999. Ms Tang is actively involved in capital-raising, venture capital investing which include deal sourcing, deal evaluation, structuring, negotiations on investment terms, documentation and monitoring of investments. Ms Tang has developed extensive relationships within the venture capital community, regulatory authorities and relevant contacts particularly in China. Prior to this, Ms Tang was the Senior Executive of ECICS Property Ltd, a subsidiary of the ECICS Group, from 1995. Her responsibilities included real estate investments, business development, project management and marketing of all residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Singapore and Asia. From 1992 to 1994, Ms Tang started her career as an Executive with the Land Dealings Unit, Ministry of Law where she administered the foreign ownership of residential property in Singapore. Ms Tang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992, majoring in Mathematics and Economics. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Real Estate & Property Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, in 1997.
