Gilles Martin

Dr. Gilles Martin serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Eurofins Scientific. He served as the Director at Bruker Corporation. Dr. Martin graduated from EcoleCentrale in Paris, and subsequently obtained a Master of Science from Syracuse University (New York) and a PhD in Statistics and Applied Mathematics. Founding the original Eurofins Scientific Nantes food authenticity testing laboratory in 1987, Dr. Martin has expanded the company into a global bioanalytical group of 310 laboratories employing over 28,000 staff in 39 countries. Dr. Martin is a member of the Board of Directors of Brucker Corp. (NASDAQ: BRKR), serving as an independent director. He is also a past President of the French Association of private analytical laboratories APROLAB, and of the North American Technical Committee for Juice and Juice Products (TCJJP) and of public bodies supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. He is also an Angel Investor.
