Since 1999, Caltius Capital Management has been investing in junior capital for small and medium sized companies throughout North America. The firm targets the areas of: Healthcare Services and Products, Food and Beverage, Consumer Services and Products, Business Services, and Light Manufacturing. The company invests through two different capital structures - Caltius Equity and Caltius Mezzanine. Caltius Equity makes control and substantial minority equity investments ranging from $5 to $20 million in management-led buyouts, late-stage growth financings, leveraged recapitalizations, corporate divestitures and acquisitions. Caltius Mezzanine provides debt in amounts of $10 to $100 million to support a broad range of transaction types, including acquisitions, buyouts, shareholder dividends, refinancings, and organic growth. Caltius Mezzanine has invested over $700 million in over 40 companies.
