Federico Ghizzoni

Federico Ghizzoni serves as Executive Deputy Chairman at Clessidra. Ghizzoni also serves as Board Member at Nexi (Financial Services). He joined Clessidra in September 2016 as an independent Board member, following the change of ownership of Clessidra by Italmobiliare. Ghizzoni was formerly chief executive of Italian bank Unicredit, where he spent more than 30 years. He was Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Group from 2010 to 2016. In his career at UniCredit Group, he assumed positions of increasing responsibility, working abroad and contributing to the development of strategic new markets for the bank His international career spanned from Singapore to Poland, Turkey, the CEE and Austria.
