Description
Edward Prince serves as Executive Vice President and President, Analytics Sulutions at NeuStar. He oversees Neustar's strategy and execution for corporate development and the management of strategic relationships, as Neustar transforms into an Information Services company. In this role, Prince leads all facets of acquisitions and drives partnership initiatives in key growth areas. Prince also sits on the Operating Committee of the company. For the previous two years, Prince held a dual role as Senior Vice President for both Corporate Development and Information Services as the company sought a dedicated Information Services leader. Prince and his team played a critical role in building Neustar's marketing services and security services businesses and transforming Neustar into an Information Services company. He also led building out the bench strength through both strategic acquisitions and cultivating internal talent. Additionally, since joining Neustar in 2012, Prince has been responsible for managing Neustar's Media group, expanding strategic partnerships and new media businesses in the information and analytics space, as well as expanding upon Neustar's UltraVioletN initiative. Prince brings more than a decade of diverse experience in building global businesses and boasts a proven track record in growing digital businesses and managing new technologies. Prior to joining Neustar, Prince was Chief Operating Officer, Global Media, and President, National Geographic Ventures from 2003-2012 where he led the company's digital media businesses and new initiatives, including strategy, content, marketing, technology, distribution, and partnerships. In addition, he also directed its corporate development. Before joining National Geographic Ventures, Prince served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at AOL Broadband from 2002-2003, and Senior Vice President, Business Development for AOL from 1999-2002. In both positions, Prince managed and negotiated business-to-business partnerships. Prince holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. in Natural Resource Economics and Policy from Duke University School of Environment, and a B.A. in History from Yale University. He also serves on the board of directors for Duke Nicholas School of Environment and is on the board of advisors for Watch Mojo of Washington DC, and Personal, Inc.
