Dianna Wilusz

Dianna has over 25 years of human resources management and operations experience, including senior global leadership roles at National Semiconductor. Prior to founding The Pendolino Group, She was Vice President of Operations and HR at Hara Software, Director of HR at Beceem Communications, and Managing Director of HR Operations at Lam Research. Dianna is dedicated to serving her professional community and is a board advisor to several for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has worked with countless clients across many industries around the world in the areas of compensation, leadership development, recruiting, talent management and human resources information systems. Dianna has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an MBA-Technology Management.
