Cass Maggio

Cass joined Greenspring Associates in 2015 as the Due Diligence Manager. He is responsible for sourcing and due diligence on fund, direct and secondary investment opportunities. Cass also manages the Firm’s Analyst Program. Prior to Greenspring Associates, he was an investment professional at StepStone Group, where he led investments across secondaries and primaries with a focus on venture capital and growth equity within several StepStone verticals. Prior to this, he served in PwC’s Advisory practice where he delivered high-impact business and technology solutions across the banking, healthcare, technology and telecommunications sectors. He received his MBA at the University of San Diego with a concentration in Finance and New Venture Management and completed his undergraduate degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Cass is a CAIA charter holder and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honors society.
