Boaz Chalamish serves as Chief Executive Officer at Clarizen. He brings over 25 years of technology industry experience to Clarizen. He previously held executive positions at VMware, where he led the company's cloud management and end-user computing business. He was responsible for strategy, products, engineering and delivery for these high growth VMware businesses. Previously, Boaz was senior vice president of research and development at HP Software. He also served as senior vice president and general manager at Mercury Interactive, where he was instrumental in helping create the business technology optimization category. While at Mercury, Boaz was responsible for global research and development activities and driving product development and strategy, helping the business grow from zero to $1 billion in annual sales. In 2006, Mercury Interactive was acquired by HP Software for $4.5 billion. Boaz received his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds an MSC in computer engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology.
