Binh Pham

Binh Pham is the Legal Director and heads up the legal team of IDG Ventures Vietnam. Before joining IDG, she worked at Johnson Stokes & Master (now Mayer Brown JSM), one of the leading law firms in the world. She has quickly become recognized as a prominent legal expert in Vietnam on venture capital and private equity in Vietnam thanks to her work at the Fund. Binh graduated from the Hanoi University of Law and holds a Bachelor of Economics and International Law degree. She gained a diploma in Business English from the Metropolitan Business College of Australia in Vietnam, as well as scholarships for legal training courses in the US from the University of California in San Diego and the Fulbright Economic Teaching Program at Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Binh also holds a security trading certificate issued by State Securities Commission (SSC) of Vietnam. Binh is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
