Alex Norstrom

Alex Norstrom serves as Chief Premium Business Officer at Spotify. In this position, he has been behind some of the company's most notable strategic partnerships including Starbucks, Uber and Facebook. Before joining Spotify, Norstrom was a key member of the leadership team at King, which was recently acquired by Activision. At King, he started the company's Facebook and mobile games business, that subsequently produced hits like Bubble Witch Saga and Candy Crush Saga. Norstrom also built an indie games publishing arm that had commercial relationships with over 100 indie developers throughout the world. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
