McGraw-Hill Education Corporate Pension is a defined contribution single-employer corporate pension based in New York, NY. Established in 2013, the plan covers all U.S. employees of the Company and its qualified affiliates excluding Puerto Rico employees. Eligible participants were automatically enrolled in the Plan on March 23, 2013, or on their employment commencement date, if later, unless they affirmatively decline to participate within 60 days of their employment commencement date. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by an executive management team.
