IDFC SPICE Fund

IDFC SPICE Fund is a domestic venture capital fund registered with SEBI under the SEBI (Venture Capital Funds) Regulations, 1996 as an irrevocable determinant trust. IDFC IA is recognized by SEBI to act as Investment Manager to IDFC SPICE Fund. It is customized to suit the needs of the non-institutional investor with focus on early stage, late stage, Pre-IPO, listed market growth opportunities. The objective of the Fund is to invest in the growth drivers of the Indian economy, ie Infrastructure and Consumption. It was launched in the domestic market on July 22, 2011 and the final closing was done on April, 20 2012. The fund has mobilized 386 crs. across 1290 investors.
