Klak is in fact an incubator/accelerator where start-ups have access to facilities, equipment, consulting, business relations and financing. Klak, being the first privately held IT incubator in Iceland, will stimulate further the growth already under way in the Icelandic and Scandinavian IT businesses and thus take part in enormous opportunities that exist in he IT business worldwide. Klak is working in close cooperation with two major Icelandic Investment banks securing funding for selected projects, in addition to providing knowledge and experience related to venture capital financing. In addition Klak will work closely with universities and research institutions.
