ICBC's services includes initial public offerings and sponsorship, equity capital markets, underwriting, merger and acquisition, debt restructuring, corporate restructuring, compliance advisory, securities brokerage, and diversified financial planning. The firm also offers services in the areas of fund management and asset management. ICBC was formerly known as Industrial and Commercial International Capital Limited and changed its name to ICBC International Holdings Limited in September 2008.
