HumanClick, Ltd., acquired by LivePerson in 2000, was a leading customer service application over the Internet, facilitating Live, 24/7 Interactive Sales and Customer Support. The HumanClick service targets the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market, permitting web site visitors to get immediate, real-time on-demand help and enabling web site owners to track and communicate with visitors to their site. HumanClick is an Application Service Provider (ASP) whose founders are alumni of the Israeli Army elite software division and leading Israeli high-tech companies. HumanClick enables our clients to increase sales, improve customer service and reduces costs in 11 different languages and in over 60 countries all over the world. HumanClick was founded in 1999 and funded by a consortium of private investors and a leading venture capital group. The company is based in Israel's high-tech hub with US operations centered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
