Gravity Ranch is an early-stage venture capital fund in partnership with the Stanford Research Institute (SRI International), focused on deep-tech investments that address the greatest challenges facing humanity. The firm has offices on the SRI campus in Menlo Park, California, and in San Francisco, California. Gravity Ranch has a unique partnership with the Stanford Research Institute (SRI International), wherein the fund has the exclusive first-right to invest capital into all of the deep-tech spin-outs each year that come out of SRI. Since 1946, SRI international has spun-out more than 150 deep-tech companies based on their applied research, worth more than $200B today.
