Ghost Group

Founded in 2012, Ghost Group is a Southern California-based venture capital firm primarily focused on building consumer, technology and start-up businesses in the medical marijuana industry. The company manages two funds, including Emerald Ocean, which invests in market-defining companies and technology in the medical marijuana sector such as WeedMaps.com, and Ghost Domain Capital, which invests in category disruptive Internet domains that are mostly oriented toward B2B solutions. After announcing the launch of the fund, Emerald Ocean intends to raise $10 to $25 million dollars in its first round. Additionally, the capital fund will function as a venture capital incubator, with an 8,000 square foot office facility in Denver, Colorado for select startups.
