Georgetown Angels

Founded in 2012, Georgetown Angels is a VC fund and premier angel group that invests in later stage seed and series A & B venture capital financing rounds of disruptive technology companies. The mission of the group is to leverage accredited angel investors to provide funding and ecosystem advisory assistance for startups. Georgetown Angels is open to all startup companies and accredited investors. Utilizing best practices in due diligence, deal flow, evaluation, term sheets, valuation and legal structures the firm provides a mechanism for angels to invest, on a deal-by-deal basis, in five best in class startups per quarter.
