Gardiner Capital is a private equity investment firm with over $50 million of investment capital. Founded in 1996, Gardiner's investments range from $2-$5 million with larger amounts available through syndication. Gardiner focuses on established companies with a minimum 3 years in business. Start-ups and early stage companies are not considered. The firm prefers companies with more than $5 million in annual revenues that are located in the Southeastern U.S. (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia) in any industry except real estate, and retail. The firm is a long-term value investor seeking investments in growing companies with strong market positions and management.
