Equity-League Pension Trust Fund

Equity-League Pension Trust Fund is a multi-employer defined benefit union pension fund based in New York, NY. The fund was established in 1960 under an Agreement and Declaration of Trust pursuant to collective bargaining agreements between the Actors' Equity Association and various employers and employer associations in the theatrical industry in the United States and Canada. The purpose of the plan is to provide retirement and death benefits to eligible participants. The plan is administered by the board of trustees and is sponsored by the union and the participating employers.
