Encore Enterprises is a commercial real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, investment, asset management, property management, leasing and development. The firm operates under three platforms namely Encore Hospitality, Encore Commercial and Encore Multi-Family each focusing on investment and management, real estate and other services respectively. It also has other two subsidiaries namely Encore Equities which manages the funding of offerings for the various real estate value-added and opportunistic (development) opportunities and Encore Construction which serves the hospitality, retail, and multi-family market segments by providing a full range of general contracting and construction services. The firm was founded in 1999 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
