Employees' Retirement Plan of Duke University is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Durham, North Carolina. Established in 1959, the plan provides retirement benefits to the non-exempt employees of Duke University, who are not covered under the Duke University faculty and staff retirement plan. Duke Management Company (DUMAC), a party-in-interest and separate nonprofit support corporation organized and controlled by the University is responsible for managing the plan's investment assets. BNY Mellon and State Street Bank serve as custodians.
