Emory Investment Management (EIM) is the endowment investment office for Emory University based in Atlanta, Georgia. It manages the assets of Emory University, Emory Healthcare, and the Carter Center. Emory Investment Management is responsible for the asset allocation, investment management, and oversight of the portfolio of diversified investments owned by Emory University, Emory Healthcare, their associated retirement plans, and affiliated entities. The singular mission of Emory Investment Management is to produce long-term investment results, positioning the portfolio in a way that maintains purchasing power after spending and inflation and generates growth via excess returns, which enables Emory's core mission and strategic objectives.
