Elixir Capital (Elixir) is a direct investment firm based in Palo Alto, California. Established in 2012, Elixir Capital manages the Straits Fund, a private equity fund that invests in small to medium companies in ASEAN, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia, that are poised for rapid growth. It invests in change-intensive businesses that can benefit from the application of technology and targets the rapidly growing middle class. The firm's investors include sovereign funds, institutional investors as well as family offices, and high-net-worth investors.
