DXA Investments

DXA Investments is an independent asset management firm based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The firm has a strong focus on finding opportunities in SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) either through equity or debt investments. In 2015 DXA joined forces with Kron Investimentos and created a Hedge Funds team, allowing to offer opportunities to our investors both in Liquid and Illiquid investments. The Private Equity team focuses on providing assistance growth equity capital to small companies with EBITDA < 5 million. The firm is raising its second PE fund focused on high growth companies, aiming for a 3-4x multiple over a 8 year investment horizon (3 yrs investment + 5 yrs divestment). In 2017, DXA decided to include in all its Private Equity activities the drive for impact in companies, communities and employees. Since then, it has developed a plan to impact the investments by designing ESG standards and following PRI and ODS guidelines
