Corporate Capital Trust

Corporate Capital Trust is registered as a non-traded Business Development Company (BDC) that provides investors an opportunity to invest in privately owned American companies through debt. The firm is externally managed by private investment firm CNL and global alternative asset manager KKR. The investment objective of the firm is to provide shareholders with current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation. As of October 25, 2016, Corporate Capital Trust is closed to new investors and Corporate Capital Trust II was launched with similar investment strategy and focus.
