Connorex Lucinda is an investment manager focusing on acquiring, developing and leasing portfolios of single-family homes in the Southeast and Midwest areas of the United States to generate current cash flow and eventual portfolio appreciation at time of sale. The firm has currently acquired over 2,200 homes for around 55% of replacement cost. The firm has deliberately focused on the booming "mid-major" metro areas of the Southeast and Midwest, where they can accumulate inventory with little or no institutional competition from the large pools of capital now active in the space. The firm was founded in 2011 and is based in Charleston, South Carolina and New York, New York.
